The position involves instructing safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining a professional disposition at all times. The instructor will be responsible for following all policies, procedures, and standards set by the organization, as well as facilitating member requests and maintaining all mandatory education certifications. The role requires a strong understanding of the Crunch brand and adherence to its mission statement. The instructor will also participate in monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.
