About The Position

Fitness Formula Clubs is seeking certified Group Fitness Instructors to lead engaging, results-driven classes in formats including HIIT, Strength, Spin, Aqua, Yoga, and Barre. A minimum of one year of teaching experience is preferred, though not required. The ability to teach to the beat is considered a strong asset. Requirements

• Certification as a Group Fitness Instructor by a nationally-recognized organization
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• 1+ years of teaching experience

Nice To Haves

• The ability to teach to the beat is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at class at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled class
• Begin and end class on time
• Instruct classes (including a warm-up, conditioning and cool down phase) in specialization and as assigned by Group Fitness Manager and/or Fitness Director
• Provide instruction and coaching to class attendees
• Accurately record class participation and conduct class surveys
• Ensure that the studio is clean and returned to original state at the end of each class
