Requirements

• Valid CPR Certification (safety first!)
• Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred)
• OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
• A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required )

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results
• Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date
• Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class
• Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness
• Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing
• Attend team meetings and trainings-because the best keep getting better!
• The willingness to travel between Anderson / Oakley to support class needs
