Creating customized, energetic group fitness classes is in your DNA! You have the ability to instruct and motivate both small groups and large classes. Also do personal training? We can fill up your schedule with one-on-one clients! You can modify on the fly and individualize the workout plan to make sure everyone is challenged at their own level. Instructors should be able to create and uphold the GYMGUYZ brand standard through intelligently designing classes and provide a variety of class formats that are fresh, innovative, fun and have a science-based methodology and approach to training. Fitness trends and class formats are always evolving so instructors are encouraged to pursue continuing education within the fitness space to consistently deliver a unique and current class experience.
