BSU's Fitness Center is available to currently enrolled BSU students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The Fitness Center's Group Fitness Instructor will plan, design, and instruct safe and effective group fitness programs for BSU students in accordance with department policies. Types of programs may include, but not be limited to: Zumba Dance Indoor cycling Circuit Training Bootcamp HIIT Indoor rowing Yoga Aqua-aerobics Some combination of any of the above Programs will be located in either available indoor or outdoor spaces that could vary within or across semesters.
