About The Position

We are excited to announce that we are adding to our incredible team of Instructors! Here at 9Round, we empower members to become stronger both mentally and physically through a 30-minute, full-body, kickboxing-inspired workout led by a 9Round Certified Instructor - but it's more than just a fitness studio. Our goal is to positively impact every single person that walks through our doors. How does a 9Round Certified Instructor positively impact our members? By providing an effective workout for every individual. That means scaling the workout to take into account fitness levels, injuries, and health concerns. By providing a high-energy, safe, and welcoming atmosphere to workout in. By getting to know the members, encouraging them, and helping them reach their fitness goals. All Instructors go through the 9Round Certification process to ensure the client is receiving the best 9Round experience, and the three main duties are as follows. TRAINING The personal attention provided during a 9Round workout requires high energy. This involves telling members exactly what to do at every round, making sure they are using proper form and technique to avoid injury, and ensuring they are getting the most out of every single workout. SELLING Instructors are responsible for aiding in the growth of the member base through selling memberships after trial workouts, recruiting new people to come to the gym, and assisting in various marketing efforts. All of our sales techniques and marketing tools are taught during the 9Round Certification process. CLEANING The cleanliness and organization of our fitness studio is our first impression, and we want to have the best first impression possible! This includes ensuring the studio is always clean, well-stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Complete 9Round Certification
• Provide clients with a killer workout every time they walk through the doors
• Demonstrate workouts and provide modifications when necessary
• Engage clients with mitt training, Thai pads, and focus sticks (training provided)
• Retain and increase client participation
• Set up and clean the studio
• Sell memberships
• Follow up with clients and prospects via texts and emails
