About The Position
Welcome to Bodytek Fitness, a fun, motivating, and interactive group studio fitness concept that is #1 in South Florida! Bodytek Fitness offers a unique workout experience designed to significantly improve fitness levels through High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.). All classes are structured around group personal training, allowing for a personalized and engaging environment. Bodytek Fitness has two thriving locations in Davie and Wilton Manors, and we are currently hiring at both locations. We promote a high-spirited, health-conscious environment focused on making a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of people in our community. As a Bodytek Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering our “Bodytek HIIT Style” pre-designed HIIT patterns during your workouts, accommodating up to 24 clients per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach, manage time effectively, and motivate multiple clients in a group setting. Unlike many studios where instructors simply follow a screen, at Bodytek, you will receive daily patterns and have the freedom to demonstrate and train clients, making each session personalized, fun, and effective. Your essential duties will include ensuring the safety of participants regarding health and exercise technique, leading up to 24 participants through 60-minute HIIT sessions, energizing and motivating clients throughout the workouts, and building Bodytek attendance while retaining current clientele. You will also be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the training floor and other studio areas, marketing your Bodytek Fitness training services, modifying exercises to accommodate various skill levels, and handling member concerns professionally to ensure resolution and retention.
