About The Position
We are currently seeking an energetic, reliable, and passionate Group Fitness Instructor to teach Strength/Conditioning classes at a retail company's global headquarters located in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate will develop effective, engaging, and motivating class formats accompanied by fun and appropriate playlists. This role requires a strong passion for client results, with a focus on building class attendance and offering alternative movements to accommodate all levels of fitness. Additionally, there is an opportunity to provide class coverage at multiple locations, enhancing the instructor's experience and exposure within the company. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. You will engage with clients, guests, and participants, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and motivated to participate in the classes. Your ability to communicate professionally and effectively will be crucial in relaying information and feedback to and from clients. This position not only requires a strong fitness background but also the ability to engage participants as a public speaker, making the classes enjoyable and impactful. The role is part-time, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while still providing a significant opportunity to impact the health and wellness of employees at the company.
