About The Position

STUDIO RED Coaches are qualified Group Fitness Instructors who deliver an energetic and motivating high intensity interval training workout, while providing an exceptional member experience. STUDIO RED Coaches are friendly, high energy, knowledgeable fitness professionals who motivate and support members in a fun, results-driven workout experience. As a Studio Red Coach, you will consistently provide an exceptional and memorable fitness experience to all STUDIO members by exemplifying our House of VASA. You will be responsible for ensuring that classes start on time, demonstrating exercises safely and accurately, and providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to member needs and concerns. You will actively engage with participants, coach them at their fitness levels, and encourage non-STUDIO members to join classes. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment, engage with social media to promote classes, and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
