About The Position

The Studio Flow Yoga Instructor at VASA Fitness is responsible for providing an exceptional yoga experience to members, embodying the company's core values of unity, passion, and integrity. This role requires motivating members in a results-driven environment while ensuring inclusivity and support for all fitness levels.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in yoga instruction.
• RYT 200/500 or comparable yoga certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in leading and facilitating groups.
• General knowledge of creating yoga sequences for various experience levels.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.
• Inclusive and positive attitude.
• Promotes a high-energy environment when coaching.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of yoga instruction experience.
• Experience leading group fitness classes at a specialty studio.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles that bring UPLIFT core values to life.
• Connect with members by recommending relevant VASA fitness products and amenities.
• Provide unique instruction based on individual fitness abilities and experience.
• Bring unique personality to complement Studio Flow class formats.
• Ensure punctuality and preparedness for classes, greeting members on time.
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor members during class.
• Execute post-class procedures including cleaning and organizing the space.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member needs and concerns.
• Encourage non-Studio members to attend Studio Flow classes.
