Requirements

Love of boutique fitness environment is a must
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fitness environment
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to attendance policies.
Knowledge of current industry sales trends.
High School Diploma or GED
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness or related field or an approved Personal Training Certification (CSM, ACE, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.) required to take private training clients but not for leading group classes
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
