Requirements

• BCom in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years in a shared services / finance environment
• Proven team leadership experience (managing team leaders ideal)
• Strong exposure to AR & AP functions
• Experience in process improvement, SOPs & automation
• Strong Excel & systems ability
• Hands-on, operational mindset
• Strong but collaborative leadership style
• Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
• Must be based in / willing to work hybrid in Milnerton
• Must be operationally involved (not purely strategic)
• Ability to lead without ego — influence, not dictate
