About The Position
The Group Facilitator is responsible for the delivery of RCA Substance Abuse curriculum for patients in our residential and IOP recovery programs. The curriculum, and training, will be provided for the facilitator to ensure quality and consistency in its delivery. There may be occasion for the Group Facilitator to work with the Clinical Director to develop new curriculum. The facilitator will be responsible for 15-20 1-hour groups per week. The facilitator will also be required to attend staff meetings and trainings as assigned. If the Group Facilitator holds the Board of MD Certified Associate Counselor -- Alcohol and Drug credential (CAC-AD) and is a Board approved Supervisor, they may also be responsible for supervision of staff holding A&D trainee status. The facilitator may then be responsible for 15-20 1-hour groups per week and trainee staff supervision.
