About The Position

Position Purpose As a Group Facilitator, you will: Lead engaging group sessions that align with clients’ individualized treatment goals towards SUD recovery. Work closely with a supportive clinical team dedicated to evidence-based care. Effective communication with the staff to ensure client safety. Innovate to effectively care for our clients. Report to the appropriate supervisor for all emergencies and/or concerns. Complete all documentation according to the internal company and the requirements of licensing or accrediting agencies. Must follow all defined company policies & code of ethics outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements

  • College degree is preferred or proven experience in large group facilitation.
  • 3+ years case management experience preferred
  • CRSW, Recovery Coach preferred
  • Must be proficient in Computer skills
  • Accuracy and urgency is essential to perform all tasks
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team

Nice To Haves

  • College degree is preferred
