About The Position

The Group Facilitator plays a pivotal role in guiding and managing group interactions to achieve productive and collaborative outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in group facilitation, mediation, or a similar role involving leadership of group discussions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups effectively.
  • Ability to manage conflict and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in facilitation, mediation, or conflict resolution (e.g., Certified Professional Facilitator).
  • Experience working with diverse populations in educational, corporate, or community settings.
  • Training in cultural competency and inclusive facilitation practices.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with virtual facilitation tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
