About The Position
The Group Facilitator plays a pivotal role in guiding and managing group interactions to achieve productive and collaborative outcomes. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in group facilitation, mediation, or a similar role involving leadership of group discussions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups effectively.
- Ability to manage conflict and foster a collaborative environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in facilitation, mediation, or conflict resolution (e.g., Certified Professional Facilitator).

Responsibilities
