Position Summary: The Group Facilitator is responsible for delivering structured, curriculum-based group sessions to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders in an outpatient Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role supports the clinical team by facilitating psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups, reinforcing treatment goals, and promoting client engagement in the recovery process. The Group Facilitator operates under the supervision of the Clinical Director and within the guidelines of the clinical program.
