Brightpoint invites you to join our team of mission-driven staff who share a common vision: an equitable world where all children and families thrive in strong communities. As a leader in the human services sector for 140 years, we aim to advance the well-being of children by investing in families and strengthening communities through data-informed, collaborative, and preventative solutions. As a Parent Support Group Facilitator, you will plan and lead the weekly meetings of a Parents Care & Share group for Spanish-speaking fathers in Central Illinois and engage in other relevant group work, such as outreach, arranging for food or snacks at group meetings, or parent leadership development in the area. The Parent Support Group Facilitator also develops safe and trusting relationships with fathers, so that services build on family strengths and referrals can be provided for additional supportive services as needed. If you are knowledgeable about the joys and challenges of parenting, experienced in engaging clients and facilitating groups, and passionate about helping families thrive and flourish, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to join the Brightpoint team.
