The Group Facilitator-Coach is responsible for the delivery of psychoeducation and specialty groups in accordance with the RCA Care Model. The curriculum, and training, will be provided for the facilitator to ensure quality and consistency in its delivery. The Group Facilitator-Coach must provide and support patient skills through coaching. Promoting sustained engagement in treatment is a primary focus of this role. The Group Facilitator-Coach is also responsible to support the RSS team when operational or administrative needs arise (ex, rounding, safety searches, belongings searches, and general milieu management). The facilitator will also be required to attend staff meetings and trainings as assigned. The facilitator will be responsible for 15-20 1-hour groups per week and receiving A&D trainee supervision. Group Facilitator-Coach will be measured by the following Key Performance Indicators" AA rate Group Attendance Measurement based outcomes as directed
