About The Position

EPIC Health Partners is seeking Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC/CSAC-S) to join our growing team as group facilitators within our ARTS program. This role provides structured group education, relapse-prevention support, and person-centered interventions for individuals participating in substance use treatment services. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC/CSAC-A) credential required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing mental health and/or addiction services in individual, family, or group settings.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Verification of Tuberculosis (TB) screening.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducational, skills-building, and therapeutic group sessions in accordance with ASAM and program requirements.
• Support individuals in identifying goals and applying recovery skills.
• Maintain group structure, safety, and engagement.
• Monitor participant engagement and communicate concerns requiring clinical or supervisory attention.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation, including group notes and attendance, in compliance with DBHDS, DMAS, and EHP standards.
• Provide crisis support and service coordination as needed.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
