Group Exercise Manager
About The Position
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations. Payroll, knowledge of all Les Mills programs; certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format. The ability/knowledge to guide an instructor through the certification process, class and launch promotion (social media, flyers, & interaction with the members). Conduct yearly evaluations for instructors; attend/participate in launches; coordinate and attend launch practices; create monthly schedule; maintain/monitor fitness room cleanliness; know/facility instructor guide/policy procedures; monitor absentees and no drama rule; working knowledge of all group X equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual). Positive attitude and CLUB4 Fitness pride; no negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a CLUB4 Fitness facility. No inappropriate attire or verbiage; must sign non-complete contract. Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes. Work times must vary throughout the day.
Requirements
- Must have experience in the Group Fitness industry.
- LesMills certification(s) required.
- Must certify in LesMills Ceremony and LesMills Conquer.
- Positive attitude and CLUB4 Fitness pride
- No negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a CLUB4 Fitness facility.
- No inappropriate attire or verbiage
- Must sign non-complete contract.
- Work times must vary throughout the day.
