About The Position
Villa Sport Athletic Club is seeking passionate and motivated Group Exercise Instructors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching complimentary group exercise classes to our members and guests, ensuring that each session is safe, effective, and enjoyable. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will adhere to the class formats and guidelines established by Villa Sport, while also motivating participants to engage in the group exercise program. Your goal will be to help members achieve and maintain their fitness objectives through dynamic group classes. Instructors are expected to represent the club's group exercise program in a professional and supportive manner, promoting participation not only in their own classes but also in those offered by fellow instructors. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting other club programs, events, and services to your class attendees.
