GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINING
About The Position
Provide exceptional quality fitness services to high end clientele at Clear Creek Tahoe, for group training sessions. General Group Exercise Class - $90/class plus $12/hour base rate: 75% commission rate. Class pay will vary depending on offering. Modalities include, but are not limited, to: exercise prescription for a range of population needs (boot camp, HIIT, sculpt/strength, TRX, metabolic conditioning, etc) in a group training environment. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs and must be able to adequately demonstrate exercises. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services. Implements and maintains guest service standards, and high level of professional service per group training standards and protocols. Picks up gym and cleans equipment as necessary between sessions and upon finishing service. Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to adequately demonstrate exercises
- Personal training certification (preferred)
- Group exercise certification(s) with at least three years of teaching experience
Nice To Haves
- Certified Personal Trainer experience (preferably in a reputable, high-end wellness environment) is a bonus, but not mandatory!
