About The Position
In search of Part-time Group Exercise Instructor who can teach a cycling class at the North Canton Community Building YMCA - Tuesday and Thursday - 5:30-6:30am and 9:30-10:15am
Requirements
- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency
Nice To Haves
- CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
- Able to teach multiple formats, preferred
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm
- Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
- Serve as a good role model
- Communicate with team members
- Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
