About The Position

The position involves instructing safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to the Crunch brand standards. The instructor will be responsible for ensuring all mandatory education certifications are up to date and will facilitate member requests as needed. Regular meetings for training and departmental updates will be part of the role.

Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
