Our team transports small groups of dogs daily to our private, secure dog ranch in Montara, CA , where they run, play, and socialize safely. Requirements

  • Valid California Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android) for communication and reporting
  • Comfortable managing up to 15 dogs at once (with assistant support)
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round

Nice To Haves

  • Confident driving a van in SF traffic (5+ years of city driving preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive & Transport Dogs: Safely pick up and drop off dogs in company vans along established routes.
  • Lead Off-Leash Adventures: Supervise and engage groups of dogs during off-leash play at our Montara ranch.
  • Capture the Fun: Take photos and share quick daily updates with clients using our mobile app.
  • Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy, safe vehicle and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Keep Learning: Complete Dog Walker University , Pet CPR/First Aid , and ongoing training in dog behavior and handling.
