We are searching for an accomplished and dynamic Group Director to oversee and lead operations across an exciting distribution center network. This includes managing Pharmacy DCs, an Optical DC, Puerto Rico operations, as well as Print Solutions and Jewelry Distribution. Requirements

A seasoned leader with proven experience in managing multi-site distribution operations.
Strong track record of achieving operational KPIs, developing teams, and fostering a culture of belonging.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration across inclusive teams.
A forward-thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and welcomes opportunities for learning and growth.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 7 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 9 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years' supervisory experience
