About the Team This role overseas EBS Centers that support Walmart's operations outside of the America’s. These centers are staffed by Walmart associates and use third party service providers where it makes business sense. These centers provide business critical back-office support functions to Walmart’s operations in these markets including AP, AR, R2R, Reporting and HR. The role will drive operational excellence and transformation of services in markets to drive EDLC and EDLP. The role will co-ordinate with other EBS Departments to drive transformation, best practice, and global consistency. This role will set strategy for EBS in these markets and work with Executive Leadership in markets to deliver services. This role is tightly connected to the markets supported by understanding new lines of and changes in business to ensure services can be provided with high levels of quality with the lowest cost to Walmart. The role will oversee a global team of approximately 850 associates (including third party service providers) across multiple countries. The role will also own the Walmart’s relationship with core EBS service providers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or CPA preferred)
15+ years of finance and accounting experience in a related industry
10+ years of experience managing and mentoring large global teams
Demonstrated history of building successful financial services delivery at scale
Demonstrated history of managing global strategic partnerships
Demonstrated history of implementing large scale financial services transformation centered around GenAI
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to influence business and product teams with strong collaboration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at communicating with executive levels, peers, and subordinates
Demonstrated history of customer obsession and an agile mindset
Strong sense of ownership and urgency
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related area and 8 years' experience in business, finance, shared services, retail, information technology, or related area OR 10 years' experience in business, finance, shared services, retail, information technology, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
