About The Position

As Group Director, Sourcing - General Merchandise, you'll be the primary point of contact for our U.S. merchant leaders, shaping sourcing strategies that deliver innovation, value, and quality to our customers. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area and 7 years' experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related area.
• 9 years' experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related area.
• 3 years' supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Purchasing Manager or related purchasing manager certification.
• Cross-functional experience.
• Master's degree in business or related area.

Responsibilities

• Represent sourcing in strategic discussions and governance meetings with GM leadership.
• Lead and support GM associates, operationalizing new ways of working and cross-SBU initiatives.
• Analyze business objectives, customer needs, and operational processes to drive results.
• Identify improvement opportunities, drive innovation, and deliver business savings.
• Develop and implement strategies to build and engage a high-performing team.
