This role plays a critical part in enabling change, building organizational capability, and aligning workforce strategies with Walmart's long-term goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise change, transformation, or workforce strategy
  • Proven experience leading senior teams or enterprise portfolios
  • Expertise in organizational design, change management, and job architecture
  • Experience with AI enablement, HRIS systems, and workforce planning tools
  • Certifications such as Prosci or equivalent in change management preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and systems mindset to drive enterprise outcomes
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups globally
  • Track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Organizational Design, or Job Architecture
  • Experience with enterprise AI enablement or workforce technology implementation
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven workforce planning tools
  • Master's degree in human resources, business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise change strategy and build change capability across stakeholder groups
  • Drive organizational design and transformation through a newly established center of excellence in partnership with CPOs and their enterprise people teams
  • Enable AI acceleration across People teams and help co-define responsible AI frameworks for the enterprise
  • Oversee strategic workforce functions including M&A, transitions, and operating model considerations
  • Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team focused on enabling enterprise transformation and workforce readiness
  • Monitor change effectiveness through KPIs, readiness assessments, and feedback loops
  • Ensure associate experience and readiness is at the center of enterprise transformation
