As the Group Director of Experience Insights & Transformation, you will guide the enterprise in understanding the Member journey, shaping predictive strategies, and investing where the next 100 clubs will grow. You’ll connect data science, business strategy, and marketing into one cohesive vision that drives multi-channel engagement, informs P&L decisions, and elevates the Member experience at scale.
