About The Position

The Group Business Systems Digital Solutions & Insights Manager leads the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of Baxters’ digital products, data platforms, analytics solutions, and system integrations. The role enables business transformation by simplifying processes, improving data quality, and empowering decision‑making through actionable insights. The postholder partners strategically with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to deliver high‑impact digital change. Manage the team’s daily operations and workload, backlog, and project tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering and managing digital products, business applications, data platforms, or analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, engineering, BI/reporting, and integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert business needs into measurable, insight‑driven digital outcomes.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders in core business functions.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary digital and data teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Proactive, innovative, and comfortable working in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, Information System or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with cloud data platforms, EDI, and enterprise integration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all non‑ERP application lifecycle management, ensuring a standardized, simplified, and high‑performing application estate.
  • Oversee data engineering, BI/reporting, and analytics delivery, ensuring availability of high‑quality, trusted data.
  • Drive development of a single source of truth and improved data literacy across the organization.
  • Manage integrations and EDI capability, ensuring stable and seamless data flow.
  • Partner with business functions to prioritize demand and deliver digital solutions that drive measurable value.
  • Own the digital & data product roadmap, aligned to business strategy.
  • Deliver business outcomes including reduced manual work, improved efficiency, and uplift in OTIF and margin.
  • Lead change management, feature adoption, and user enablement.
  • Track KPIs including application retirement, standardization, uptime, data quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a cross‑functional team spanning applications, data engineering, analytics, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with production and support departments to ensure the food safety and quality of our products.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
