About The Position

The Group Coordinator Lead at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for leading and managing the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within assigned departments of the facility. This role involves working alongside the team while being the initial point of contact for associates, ensuring efficient operations in areas such as inventory, receiving, shipping, and order selecting. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics environment and includes responsibilities such as training associates, monitoring production, and providing feedback to ensure high customer standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner, or similar role that requires decision-making and leading associates.
• Minimum of 6 months experience operating stand-up material handling equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack.
• Skills in Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control, Material Handler, Equipment Operator, Reach truck, Dock Stocker.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within assigned departments.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
