The core responsibilities of this role include: Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility. This includes Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas. Additional expectations to be operating forklifts throughout shift. Consistent lifting and moving by hand, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more by hand. Team lifts will be utilized to move product that is significantly heavy.
