About the role Group Class Instructor - Austin, TX Part-time, 1 class per week HealthFitness is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Austin, Texas. In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe instruction to members participating in group exercise classes. This is a position teaching 1 class per week during lunchtime hours.
Requirements
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
