About The Position

HealthFitness is looking for Group Fitness Instructors to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Sunnyvale, California (CA). This is an on-call / substitute position working on an as needed basis when regular instructors are unable to teach. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Cycling, Sound Bath, Mat Pilates/Pilates Reformer, Bolly X, and Boxing.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members.
