About The Position

An international Affiliate company, with clients from the iGaming industry, is looking for a strategic CFO to join on a fully remote basis.
You will lead a remote team and take full ownership of the Group's financial reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
Your mission is to bring radical transparency to the company's performance, streamline multi-jurisdictional reporting, and optimize cash flow cycles

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with 7+ years as the ultimate leader of the financial reporting function
• Thorough understanding of PSPs, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks for iGaming, Affiliate Marketing and Digital Currencies
• Strong knowledge of CPA/RevShare models, and crypto-based financial operations
• The Systems Architecture - you know how to build and customize reporting frameworks that provide "at-a-glance" clarity for complex, multi-layered businesses
• Experience of navigating different tax jurisdictions and international compliance requirements
• Sleeves-up mentality & experienced leader
• Lover or automation with human input
• Advanced skills in financial consolidation software and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for department heads

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight and advisory function
• Lead a team of 5 persons globally
• Design and implement an internal administration system that tracks costs, success rates, and ROI across every individual team, campaign, and technical implementation
• Global Consolidation / intercompany accounting
• Provide deep-dive analysis and a comprehensive overview of global sales performance
• Overhaul the payment cycle - complete re-design and automation of processes where possible
