About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Groundsperson to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property grounds. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute positively to the community atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, watering, and debris removal.
• Monitor and maintain outdoor facilities such as walkways, signage, and recreational areas.
• Check the pool area multiple times per day to ensure guests and owners are behaving appropriately and adhering to posted rules and regulations.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with property owners and guests, addressing concerns or questions as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong command of the English language to facilitate clear communication with owners, guests, and management.
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or rule violations promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as storm preparation or cleanup, as required.
