Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current Driver's License
  • Prior grounds or landscaping experience
  • Experience maintaining and using tools and equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality and/or hotel experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised.
  • Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness
  • Transports tools, materials and supplies as required.
  • Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters.
  • May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned.
