Main Responsibilities: Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised. Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness Transports tools, materials and supplies as required. Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters. May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned. What are we looking for? It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: High School diploma or equivalent Current Driver's License Prior grounds or landscaping experience Experience maintaining and using tools and equipment It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Hospitality and/or hotel experience The hourly rate for this role is between $18.00 -$18.62 based on experience We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
