About The Position

Responsible for keeping the grounds maintained with a clean, neat, and orderly appearance.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Zero to two years' experience in building and grounds maintenance or on the job training.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Display strong work ethic and team work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting, weeding, and edging the grass, raking the leaves, and sweeping the parking lots, and garage.
• Responsible for planting, removing, and relocating plants, flowers, trees, and bushes.
• Removing all trash and debris from parking areas and grounds.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Responsible for ensuring all signs, posts, chain fences are straight and secure.
• Ordering supplies for plants and equipment to maintain the grounds.
• Responsible for painting curbs, lines, arrows, and other areas around Property.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
