We are looking for a Grounds Technician to join our team at the amazing Falls Village Resort located in Branson, MO. In this position, you will be responsible for the caring for and maintaining of the resort grounds including basic landscape and general cleanliness, to ensure an attractive, clean appearance of the resort. And more! What will I be doing? Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed. Transports tools, materials and supplies as required. Cleans and cares for the walkways and other areas including the parking lots. Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness Reports any problems or damage to sprinklers, property plant, dry areas, walkways, pest and insect damage to management. Assist in all other related duties as assigned. What are we looking for: To fulfill this role optimally, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Previous experience in groundskeeping and familiarity with maintenance tools Excellent customer service skills and proficient English written and verbal communication We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
