Prestige Tree Experts is seeking a hardworking Groundsman / Laborer to support our professional tree crews. This position plays a critical role in the safe and efficient removal, pruning, and cleanup of trees. A large portion of this position involves work on secure government properties , including military bases and federal facilities. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a government bkg check
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a federal background check required for work on military bases and government facilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience working for a tree service or landscaping company
• Experience operating mini skid steers (Ditch Witch / Dingo / Vermeer / Premier)
• Experience assisting with rigging and rope work
• CDL license
• Experience operating chippers or stump grinders

Responsibilities

• Assist tree crews with tree removals, pruning, and site cleanup
• Drag brush and branches from work areas to the chipper
• Operate wood chippers and assist with debris processing
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Support climbers and bucket operators during rigging and removals
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Assist with stump grinding and general tree care operations
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
