If you’re someone who thrives on an adrenaline rush and loves the idea of mastering the art of tree climbing and pruning, we want to talk to you. What Does a RYAN Groundsman/ Arborist Do? Assist in completing pruning work on client properties. Including but not limited to, Tree Pruning, Tree Removal, Shrub pruning, Mulch installation, and Stump grinding. Work in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own Operate small engine equipment: chain saws, shears, string trimmer, etc. Communicate with clients regarding process and expectations of services needed and performed. A job as a Ryan Tree Pruner you will work with fellow associates to create a healthy urban forest one client at a time. Requirements

Forestry, or related fields is a plus, as is industry experience.
Good physical ability
Respect of safety/heights
Be a team player
Ability to to work in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to push and pull objects while walking 3 miles a day or more
Ability to climb and work aloft
Ability to obtain DOT certification
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Benefits

Salary: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 (depending on experience) with high growth potential.
