The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of grounds for all lawns, fields, walks, pathways, roads, and parking lots at the client location. The role includes essential functions such as mowing lawns, trimming and edging around walks and flower beds, pruning shrubs and trees, spraying lawns and plants with fertilizers and insecticides, raking leaves, cleaning grounds, planting grass and flowers, watering lawns, repairing fences and walls, cleaning drainage ditches, and performing grounds maintenance tasks using tractors and other equipment. The Groundskeeper must follow all health and safety rules and regulations and perform other duties as assigned to support C&W Services in delivering their mission to the client.
