About The Position
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of grounds for all lawns, fields, walks, pathways, roads, and parking lots at the client location. This role involves various essential functions including mowing lawns, trimming and edging, pruning shrubs and trees, spraying fertilizers and herbicides, raking leaves, cleaning grounds, planting, watering, repairing fences, and performing maintenance tasks using tractors and other equipment. The Groundskeeper must follow all health and safety rules and regulations and perform other duties as assigned to support C&W Services in delivering their mission to the client.
