About The Position

Join Arlington Properties as a Groundskeeper. This role is about keeping communities clean, safe, and inviting, making a visible impact every day. The Groundskeeper will help set the tone for resident satisfaction and first impressions by maintaining beautiful landscaping and clear walkways. Requirements

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
• Adhere to all safety and company policies
