About The Position

Fairmount Homes is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to help keep our campus clean, safe, and well maintained. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outside, staying busy, and taking pride in their work.

You’ll be part of a team that supports each other while creating a great environment for the residents we serve. Fairmount Homes is located on a beautiful 50+ acre campus in rural Ephrata, PA. Requirements

• Experience with mowing, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Willing to be on-call when needed
• Supports Fairmount’s mission and values

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, weed, and maintain lawns and landscaping
• Keep the campus clean, neat, and safe
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal work
• Handle trash removal and general outdoor upkeep
• Use and maintain hand tools and power equipment
• Respond to emergency or on-call needs when required
• Work alongside the maintenance and environmental services team
