About The Position
Ardent Communities is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to join our fast-growing team. The Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor areas. This includes performing various landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. If you have a passion for working outdoors and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Landscaping Maintenance
- Weeding, trimming, watering
- Cleaning and trash removal
- Remove trash and debris from common areas throughout community
- Outdoor facility maintenance
- Maintain lighting
- Maintain signage
- Painting and small exterior repairs
- Winter, shoveling and salting all common areas
- Summer, maintain swimming pool
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed
