This seasonal, part-time Groundskeeper position assists with the maintenance and landscaping of outdoor grounds across all ADM office locations. The role also involves assisting with furniture deliveries and colleague moves, supporting a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and use stairs for extended periods
- Capable of heavy lifting
- Willingness to work in varying and adverse weather conditions
- Successful completion of a company background check
- Valid driver’s license or ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in a work environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Successful completion of drug screening
- Successful completion of medical history review
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installations, hedge trimming, and pruning
- Perform mowing, trash removal, and weed control
- Operate equipment such as wide-area mowers, push mowers, and string trimmers
- Repair fences and spread mulch
- Trim trees and maintain outdoor areas
- Support special events (e.g., delivery, set-up/tear down, etc.)
- Assist with furniture moving as needed
