About The Position

Summary: To be responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, for the overall maintenance and care of the grounds, parking areas, and common area facilities so they always stay clean and orderly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned

Responsibilities

Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, and trim
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
Dust furniture and equipment
Polish metalwork
Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
Wash windows, door panels, and sills
Empty wastebaskets and empty/clean ashtrays
Transport trash and waste to the disposal area
Replenish bathroom supplies
Replace light bulbs
Cut and trim grass and shovel snow
Deliver messages
Transport small equipment or tools between departments
Attend and participate in regular meetings and training, as assigned
